Questions & answers

Common Questions

Do I need an appointment?
Not for most services. Drop-ins are welcome. For full overhauls or specialty work during busy season, calling ahead helps us give you an accurate timeline.
Do you service all brands?
Yes. We work on every brand—Trek, Specialized, Santa Cruz, Ibis, Surly, Bianchi, Yeti, and everything in between. Kids bikes to e-MTBs.
How long does a tune-up take?
Basic tune-ups are often same-day or next-day. Sport tune-ups typically 2–3 days. Full overhauls 3–5 days. We'll give you a specific estimate at drop-off.
What's the e-bike surcharge for?
E-bikes require extra care around the motor, battery compartment, and electrical connections. The $45 surcharge covers the additional time and training required.
Can I watch my bike being worked on?
Absolutely. Our shop floor is open. We'd rather you understand what's happening to your bike than just hand over a receipt.
Do you offer any warranty on repairs?
Yes—we stand behind our work. If something we adjusted or repaired isn't right, bring it back and we'll make it right at no charge.
